Alpha Health is designed to improve the check-in process for medical visits by letting patients fill out forms, answer questions, and update their medical history before their appointments. This helps reduce wait times, provide accurate and up-to-date information, and improve quality of visits. This approach benefits patients and makes the work easier for medical staff, leading to better patient care and satisfaction.
Inspiration
AlphaHealth was my first project that was developed during my UX Google Certificate course, it was inspired by my experience as a healthcare professional.
This perspective helped me recognize the nuances of patient information and the need for user-centered solutions. The project aims to improve patient engagement and streamline healthcare by creating an accessible platform that prioritizes user needs. Empathy and functionality were central to the design, ensuring AlphaHealth addresses real-world challenges for patients and providers.
